2009_11_kumainnql.jpgThe Lo-Down has a copy of Community Board 3's SLA Licensing Committee agenda, offering a couple of interesting tidbits. First off, Kuma Inn, the longtime BYOB standby of the Lower East side is applying for a full liquor license.
