The Breslin Dinner Service Finally Unleashed Upon the Public

Last week, Ken Friedman revealed he would be opening up the Breslin, his three week-old Ace Hotel debut that has up until now only been open for lunch and breakfast, for dinner "in the next week or so," and today the Feed reports and Friedman confirms that full shebang has finally arrived. Last night April Bloomfield and chef Peter Cho served their first public dinner, and it's just as hearty and meat heavy as lunch. Think pork fat fried peanuts, beef and stilton pie, bone marrow soup, braised shin of beef, and stuffed pigs' feet (for 2!). This is not a menu to be trifled with. Dishes run from $4 for the small snacks to the mid $20s for mains or up to $50 for shared dishes. Here's a pdf of the menu, and as always, send all early dinner reports this way.
