Masbia, a kosher restaurant in Midwood that shuttered earlier this year, is reopening as a kosher soup kitchen, with new satellite locations in Williamsburg and Rego Park. But here's the interesting part: they'll be serving five course meals in spaces modeled after restaurants (with waiters) "to make the experience feel more dignified." [NYDN]
