Keith McNally, though known for many things in the restaurant world, is notorious in plywood watching circles for his fortress-like sheds and multiple layers of defense against passersby, bloggers, spies, and the like. So until he's ready for the big debut, everyone will have to settle for bits and pieces on his new Bowery pizza joint/Nate Appleman extravaganza Pulino's Bar & Pizzeria. Like this one! Boom, it's kitchen equipment, and it may be the first shipment to make its way into the eagerly anticipated pizzeria. At this rate, Appleman will be breaking down those much talked about whole pigs (and cows!) in no time.
