2009_11_miadonareopens.jpgA couple of tidbits from the Diner's Journal today. First up, they reveal that David Waltuck, the owner and chef of the dearly departed Chanterelle, is no longer consulting at Macao Trading Co. For those who forgot he was even involved there, no worries, so did we. Meanwhile in Midtown, Mia Dona is reopening after a month-long hiatus without a big name chef. Owner Donatella Arpaia trained the kitchen in her favorite family recipes from Apulia. [Diner's Journal]
