Reps at The Mott today announce that chef Brian Bieler, and perhaps his idea of "Soho seasonal" cuisine, are out at the three month old, still dry restaurant. Second in command Brian Murphy, an alum of The Blue Plate in SF, will be taking over and introducing a new fall menu. [EaterWire]
