Grimaldi's Founders to Get Back into Pizza Game

New, 5 comments

More pizza new this morning! According to a note from a broker, Pat and Carol Grimaldi the founders and former owners of the iconic Grimaldi's Pizzeria (which, under new ownership, has expanded all over the country and even into FiDi), are looking to get back into the pizza game. They're looking for a 1,500 - 2,500 square foot space for a new pizzeria to be called Juliana's, the name of Pat's mother. "Using only the finest ingredients, an artisan-built coal brick oven, and a life-long passion for excellence, Juliana's will re-define---once and for all---the notion of truly authentic New York-style pizza." Boom.

Landlords: they're looking for 20 feet of frontage, and outdoor seating, so subit all potential sites here.
