According to a report on Serious Eats, Bobby Flay is doing yet another Throwdown with a dessert-centric NYC food truck, this time Wafels & Dinges. Instead of hitting up the easily compromised Union Square, as he did one year ago in a Throwdown with the now defunct Dessert Truck, they're apparently up by Columbia.
