Here's One way to Fight Food Truck Vendrification

The fights between brick and mortar shops and the street carts and trucks that poach their business are long and well chronicled. Confrontations arise, the police are called, people get fines, and so on. Midtown Lunch has discovered that Eisenberg's the famed 80 year-old Flatiron sandwich shop is taking a different tack, seen above. ML points out: "Eisenberg’s can always retaliate by opening a truck in front of the Cupcake Stop’s new East Village storefront."
