That's right: Singapore is the new Vegas (except with much longer flight times). Yesterday, Daniel Boulud announced that he would be opening up a restaurant in a fancy Singaporean casino/resort, and now NRN reveals that D-Bigs is just one of six mega-chefs that will be moving into the mega-development (rendered to the right). Joining him in Singapore will be Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali, Tetsuya Wakuda of Sydney, plus two more top-flight chefs who already have Michelin three-star establishments of their own: Guy Savoy of Paris and Santi Santamaria of Barcelona. The Batali concept will likely be that rumored Mozza spinoff.
