Highlands, the new Scottish restaurant opening in the old Batch and P*ong space, will finally be ready for its debut on Friday after about a month of unforeseen construction delays. Owner, AvroKO alum, and native Scotsman Brian McGrory and his partners will be offering an extensive cocktail list, including a special Scotch cocktail list, beers from microbreweries, and a short menu with items from $6 - 22.
