Little Giant's Little Sister Opening Monday

Tipsy Parson, the new Chelsea restaurant from the owners of Little Giant, was named as a neighborhood game changer back in the beginning of fall preview season. And today, Urban Daddy reports that the wait for it to open is almost over. She'll launch friends and family this weekend and plans to open on Monday. From the picture, it looks kind of like an upscale coffee shop but if the Daddy says it's more like the "bright, homey kitchen of an old Southern mansion," we'll take their word for it. Also something to watch out for: a mint julep slushie machine.
