Speaking if the Twitterverse, it's time to take a look at what's going on over at @michaelsnewyork. Now, it's all well and good that Midtown power lunching icon Michael's decided to get on the Twitter, the blog, and the Facebok. But its policy of outing who's dining at the restaurant?
Dicey in the very least. Just a few of the names called out in the last hour: investment banker Herb Allen, MTV CEO Judy McGrath, CEO of Warner Music Group Lyor Cohen, TV's Paula Zahn, CBS's Les Moonves, and Anna Wintour. And in the last few weeks they've name dropped Al Roker, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Michael Douglas. It will be interesting to see how long the powerful clientele will stand for it before decamping for the less social-media savvy Four Seasons or '21' Club.
