In Case You're Wondering: Chumley's Still Dismantled

It's been six months since our last walkthrough of the Chumley's construction site and four months since the last official projection (spring '09) and—drum roll please!—there is no noticeable progress. We can pretty much rule out an opening before the two year anniversary of the bar's original collapse and shutter in a few months.
