RESTAURANT WEEK— Resys for the '09 Winter Restaurant Week are available online now. As usual, diners can get three courses for $24 at lunch, $35 at dinner at hundreds of NYC restaurants. Or, Bar Blanc is offering a $35 prix fixe every day all month (on the weekends it ends at 8 p.m.). [EaterWire]

LOWER EAST SIDE— Broadway East, the year old one-time vegetarian restaurant, has hired former Mas sous chef (their third chef in a year) Gavin Mills to add some more meat to the menu: "Although he won’t be using red meat...he’s been given free rein elsewhere, hence appetizers such as coq au vin ravioli similar to the ones at Mas, and entrées such as a roasted Long Island duck breast." MOMOVERSE— Momofuku Ssam is offering a special deal for the Super Bowl: $275 gets you a bo ssam, bibb lettuce with rice and kimchi and sauces, chicken wings, and cookies with choc-pb cornflake clusters and spiced nuts. [EaterWire]
