Some new details on Boulud's new project on the Bowery, now being called "DBGB Kitchen & Bar, set to open this spring: "...draft beer won't arrive in pitchers but in wine carafes - in liter and magnum sizes...And there will be beer-based cocktails - including suds blended with syrups, liqueurs and essences...The restaurant will feature 24 taps divided into major styles like pale ales, lagers and wheat beers, and there will be an extensive bottle list, too."
