On the Market: Get The Neptune Room for $14k/Month

Upper West Side: At the beginning of December, The Neptune Room closed for the immediate future. Even though we heard rumors it was on the market, the outgoing message on the restaurant's answering machine cited kitchen renovations and owner Jeff Lefcourt told us he would be reopening come January. Perhaps he meant to say they will reopen if they don''t get a buyer. JDF Realty is now listing the property for $14,600 a month plus key money, noting it is available immediately.
