Those of you mourning the loss of The Chocolate Bar, which closed its East Village location just six months after opening, can rest easy, because this crap economy has a silver lining— the owner is reopening back on the same West Village block she was priced out of last year: "For me, it's funny that this whole economic hell has kind of reopened doors that had been closed only seven months ago."
