Eater Inside: Trigo

Tribeca: Above, we have the first of two grandiose new restaurants we'll be spotlighting over the next couple of days, Trigo. We have to say it's come a along way since its plywood days, and the three day old restaurant turned out to be quite the stunner. That said, she's huge—150 seats huge—and it's going to be a challenge to fill all those seats in this climate. Luckily, they have a seasoned chef, Aquavit alumus Michael Garrett, on their side. We'll be keeping an eye out to see if his menu of Mediterranean-inspired shareable plates can muster up the necessary crowds. Take a look at the menus here.
