Jean-Georges Vongerichten gets on the blog today to endorse his new investment Co.. In sum: he loves all the pizzas (esp the Popeye), has been every other night, and thinks Jim Lahey is perfection. On the crowds: "Co.’s been pretty crazy since it’s opened.
