NEW YORK CITY— An anon GM tells Grub Street about how the staff spots the critics: " least one major publicity firm arms their new clients with a facebook that includes not only critics, but also internet writers and editors from magazines like Gourmet and Food & Wine. At our source’s restaurant, any server who outs a critic is given vouchers for a free meal for two. A photo of Andrea Strong is, of course, already hanging in the kitchen." [GS]

MIDTOWN WEST— The Dash Feedbag reports that the chef from Robert's Steakhouse in the Penthouse Executive Club, Jayson Marguiles, is leaving to head up BB Prime, "which will have a big aging room, steak every bit as ambitious and accomplished as Robert’s, as well as a considerable seafood program."
