Irving Mill isn't the only spot giving customers trouble at the bar. From the Complaints Dept. mailbag: "This past Friday, I got suckered into traveling uptown for a drink to Buzina Pop at Lexington & 73rd. We ordered a few drinks at the bar which came to a little over $70 and when I got the bill I noticed an automatic gratuity of 20% bringing to $86.40 ! I gave $90 and the bartender gave me 3 singles back and said, sorry I don’t have 60 cents. Well then she should give me four dollars back- does she know how to round????"
