Fork in the Road attends Top Chef winner Stephanie Izzard's cooking demo at the Astor Center and comes away with some minor Top Chef tidbits: Stephanie had a panic attack after seeing Anthony Bourdain and had to be attended by medics, the reason you see so many outbursts while cheftestants are waiting around to go to the judges' table is because there's a cooler of wine and beer in that room, and she plans to open a "fun, funky" gastropub in Chicago next spring.
