Pete Wells has a bit of a follow up on Colicchio's new strange project Tom: Tuesday Dinner: He might change the name, you have to pre-pay for your dinner with a credit card, he will serve roughly 80 diners a month, menus will be posted to the (not yet functional) url tomtuesdaydinner.com, and Tom C doesn't plan on keeping up the gig for more than a year.
