CortonWatch: Confirmed to Open to the Public Tomorrow

Tribeca: With the friends and family stages firmly behind them and a commitment to open, as stated, on October 1, Drew Nieporent confirms that his team behind Corton is preparing to open its doors tomorrow night. That's right—Paul Liebrandt will be behind the stoves, in the old Montrachet space, tomorrow. According to someone who was seen them, the prix fixe menu is priced $76, the tasting menu at $110. Since the team is "still working" on them, the menus have not yet been released to the public.
