Franktastic is on the blog today asking Stephen Starr if letting Sex and the City film in Buddakan has had any effect on business. The answer...um, yes: "Since the movie opened, he said, thousands of diners — mostly women, many from abroad, especially Japan — have arrived at Buddakan for the first time, inspired by the movie..'And to the dismay of my staff, they want to drink Cosmopolitans...They’re tired of 100 Cosmopolitans a night.'"
