Eater Contests: Name This Dessert; Win Tickets to SWEET

One of the premiere events at the upcoming New York Wine and Food Festival is SWEET, an event featuring unlimited champagne and desserts from some of the biggest pastry chefs on the planet including Alex Stupak of wd~50, Dovetail's John Fraser, Pichet Ong, Johnny Iuzzini, and Michael Laiskonis. And you'll remember Samantha Ronson will be in charge of the tunes.

But it's also $175. That's why we (and also Serious Eats) are giving away a pair of tickets. All you have to do is name the above dessert. Note, "baked Alaska" won't cut it (meaning there is no right answer here).
