Today Alan Richman has a round up of the best hot dogs in Chicago with this etiquette note: "Ruby, who commented so candidly on condiment overload, lambasted me for cutting some of our dogs into pieces with a little plastic knife so three of us could share. 'I’ve never seen anybody cut a hot dog in Chicago,' he said." Here's a question: when and where is it ever okay to cut up a hot dog to share? [GQ]
