Expect a bit of weirdness around Bleecker and 11th this weekend. A performance art piece inspired by the line at Magnolia Bakery—where women in bright pink dresses lick frosting off of cupcakes—will take place on Sat and Sun at 3 and 5 p.m. With that and the impeding San Gennaro Festival, it's hard to decide which neighborhood we want to avoid more.
