Sometimes it's just hard to be the Brunz. There are times when he calls restaurants to cancel reservations and he gets put on hold for a full two minutes. Or more. Brunz decides that if a restaurant is going to make it too hard to call, he shouldn't have to cancel, but asks the readers: "Am I wrong about that?" [Diner's Journal]
