HUDSON SQUARE— According to Crain's, the already extremely busy David Bouley has a new project in the works: "Celebrity chef David Bouley has signed a lease at 10 Hudson Square, where he plans to open a 10,000-square-foot casual restaurant in January 2009. Mr. Bouley’s new lunch and dinner eatery will occupy the retail ground floor and basement of a 12-story building owned by Trinity Wall Street commercial property owners." [Crain's]

UPPER EAST SIDEParlor Steakhouse at 3rd and 90th is now launching a brunch (starting tomorrow) and a $25 prix fixe lunch (starting Monday). [EaterWire]
