Embattled Greenpoint club Studio B had one last chance to win community approval for a cabaret license last night at the CB1 Executive Committee meeting, and they were once again unsurprisingly rejected. Now the club—which was shuttered by the DOB for lacking proper permits back on July 31—will go before the city's Department of Consumer Affairs, the body with the ultimate decision-making power. While the club waits out the DOB, all of the events have been moved to other venues. [EaterWire]
