Ko-BOOM: The Ko Lunch Set List

Feast your eyes on the friends and family version of what will be the Momofuku Ko lunch set list. Note: only one dish is a repeat from the dinner menu (the shaved foie, natch). The rest are all market-driven originals, and as you can see here, all identified by the one main ingredient or classification ("meat" for example, or "corn"). Apparently, the menu is so seasonal that it may change even before lunch service is offered to the public. Oh, and another thing to note: according to our Ko correspondent, lunch for two with wine pairings is going to run you just around $531. That's before tip.
