A reveal on the Ko lunch, still in friends and family mode, from a reader:
"I ate at Ko last night and I found out some details about lunch: It will be 16 courses and cost $150. There will be a few more fish courses and a lamb course. They are doing friends and family right now and will open to the public in two weeks. There will only be one seating as opposed to the two for dinner."Sixteen courses. One, six.
