EaterWire: Village's Wine Fesitval, Hearst to Launch

GREENWICH VILLAGEThe Village Restaurant on 9th and 6th Ave is hosting their yearly wine festival where seven wines will be priced at $25 a bottle every Sunday and Monday from 7/13 - 8/25: "Some* of our featured wines will include: Cotes du Rhone Blanc, Lucena, France, '06, Pinot Grigio, Vigneti Del Sole, Italy, '07, Cotes du Provence, Domaine La Bernard, France, '01, Pinot Noir, Castle Rock, California, '01, Rose, Aime Roquesante, France, '07. THE ONLINE FOOD WORLD— Hearst Magazine and MSN are teaming up to launch a food site this fall that they predict will automatically become one of the "top 10 food-related destinations online." The early press release doesn't reveal the site's specific angle but officials do say it will "showcase daily, original features and our magazines' winning content on food and entertaining."
