Meanwhile, over in the world of ridiculous lawsuits, three servers who already won $36,000 from their employers at Old Homestead by suing them over pooled tips are now taking the restaurant owners to court again, this time for discrimination: "'Old Homestead has consistently assigned the plaintiffs traditionally less-desirable customers,' according to the suit. Those diners include people with kids, those sharing an entrée, and 'customers from Europe, where tipping is not mandatory,' the court papers say. [NYP]
