Two interesting abuses of overtime policies in the papers today. First we have the Upper East Side's Trattoria Pesce, which agreed to pay $137,000 in back wages for overtime work after the Department of Labor investigated them. And over in Brooklyn an employee is suing Cake Man Raven, claiming he owes 15 employees over $500,000 in overtime for six years of work. [Metro, amNY]
