Racked has an update on the little tiff going on between the Brooklyn Flea ("one of Brooklyn's foremost grazing grounds") and the Fort Greene church Queen of all Saints. The church-goers make the claims that a) this commercialism (and papusa selling mind you) shouldn't take place on holy Sunday, and b) this would never take place on Saturdays by a synagogue. The Flea supporters counter with the usual arguments about supporting small business and bringing foot traffic to the nabe. According to Racked, a compromise remains elusive. [Racked; previously]
