Alain Ducasse's new venture Benoit may be getting the lion's share of the attention these days, but the Sun points out he has another noteworthy project. Officine, a complete reconstruction of a 1830's herbalist shop, was transplanted from France to the second floor of Benoit to create a private dining room. It seats 10 people for $200+ prix fixe meals. [NYS]
