Weighing In

2008_06_ramsay.jpgLast night Nightline ran another of its Platelist specials, this time on the always spunky Gordon Ramsay. In addition to railing on his critics and talking about his mother, Ramsay, who is opening a cooking school in September, describes how he trains his chefs: "'The pressure on young chefs today is far greater than ever need to be strong. Physically fit,' he said. 'So my chefs get weighed every time they come into the kitchen. And they run. And they seriously look after themselves.'" [ABC via SE]
