A writer for Canada's National Post takes issue with Christopher Hitchens' rant against the practice of waiters topping off wine glasses in fancy restaurants. He decides to get personal: "For someone with such a powerful mind as Mr. Hitchens, I find it hard to believe that someone quietly appearing at the table and gently pouring wine would distract from his story.
