MIDTOWN— Dunkin' Donuts is adhering to the new calorie counting laws, but perhaps not too strictly. Blogger Cellar Door discovers two D'Ds selling chocolate glazes with different calorie counts: "I took both of these pictures in Penn Station, in two different Dunkin' Donuts right next to each other...come on, it's not like they made a mistake and put the wrong donuts behind the wrong signs – these labels obviously had to get printed somewhere." TEAM USA— Monsieur Cutlets reports that the yet-to-be-chosen Team USA in the Bocuse d'Or competition will be coached by Rolando Henin: "Henin is the executive chef of Delaware North Park Services, the company that handles concessions in most national parks. He has also coached at the Culinary Olympics in Germany and is one of the few master chefs certified by the American Culinary Federation....he’s been a mentor not only to Keller, but also chefs as diverse as David Burke and Emeril Lagasse."
