New, 3 comments

EAST VILLAGE— According to a NYTimes piece last week, cupping is all the rage with coffee geeks these days. Accordingly, Kobricks is offering some up this week: "On Friday the 13th, Kobricks Coffee will begin a series of informal tastings (or cuppings) that are open to the public. Each cupping includes an introduction to the coffees and a hands on education of sniffing slurping and spitting." [EaterWire]
