To add some color to the news, Urbanite profiles Carmine Morales, the owner of the 32 year-old Classic Coffee Shop: '"This was always a stop over for immigrants,' he said. 'But [developers are] building too high and they're making condos everywhere, asking outrageous money. That’s going to change the whole face of the neighborhood.'" [Urbanite]
