The Brooklyn Paper reports that Long Island Restaurant, an Atlantic Avenue staple that has been closed for nine months, isn't gone for good. They meant to take the fall off, ended up staying out of town for three seasons due to a family tragedy, and are coming back: "Burns said the Sullivans remain 'hopeful about reopening.'" [BP]
