The triple-confirm is in on Keith McNally's takeover of Minetta Tavern in the West Village: "Mr. McNally, who dabbled with Italy at Morandi last year, will return to France this fall with a classic French bistro menu in Minetta Tavern in Greenwich Village...Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, the chefs at Balthazar and Pastis, will be partners in Minetta Tavern. “It’s the food I know the best,” Mr. Nasr said. “How successful it is depends on how you interpret it.
