It's a big day in shutters at the hands of big government agencies. First the DOH closed down Fino and now find out The Dept of Taxes and Finance seized West Village Mexican joint Mi Cocina. The tipster who grabbed the above photo chimes in with his two cents: "Walking by today, I noticed the telltale orange 'Seized' sign on the door of the Mexican place Mi Cocina (Hudson & Jane). I never thought this place was worth the money, especially with the mighty Mexicana Mama so close by."
