Yesterday we speculated that there would be a waffle war between truck Wafels & Dinges and the soon-to-open Le Petite Belge, but that is just the beginning. We get word from Midtown Lunch that Augustin's Waffles (of Wafflegate fame) is getting in the game: "Augustin’s Waffles, a New Jersey company that specializes in liege waffles from Belgium, will be starting up their own Waffle Truck in the next 4 to 5 weeks."
