So, it isn't exactly mania, but the line is pretty long over at the Third Avenue Ben & Jerry's location for their annual Free Cone Day. Considering this isn't exactly ice cream weather we say it's a good showing. According to Midtown Lunch the lines are non-existent at Macy's and around the block at Rockefeller Center.
