When we brought some Renovation Report shots of the upcoming La Cave des Fondus, opening this week in the basement of Jacques on Prince, we didn't know about this vital detail, from the PR: "Biberons (the French term for baby bottles that will be used in the restaurant) are the pièce de résistance and will be used to serve the affordable wines starting at $8, cocktails, and three draft beers."
